Jesus is the real reason for the season.
Take the time today to ponder our Savior being born and treasure the gift of our salvation!
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. – Isaiah 9:6
As we prepare for 2016, we wanted to make the time to thank you for your support these past five years! Without your help, Living Love Ministries wouldn’t have been able to care for these vulnerable children in Kenya.
Because of your help we were able to complete “Upendo Cottage” in 2015, which allows us to be able to welcome twenty additional children into our family. As we prepare to begin this new chapter in HIStory, we ask you to keep the Living Love children and leadership in your prayers. We are expanding, and each new employee and child creates new challenges. Pray for wisdom and direction from our Wonderful Counselor, as we care for these deserving children. Help us to spread the good news of how the children are thriving, so that we will be able to find additional partners to support our growing family.
While widows weep, as they do now, We will fight!
While little children go hungry, as they do now, We will fight!
While there remains one dark soul without the light of God, We will fight!
We carry the light of the world inside of us, when looking for a beacon of hope, we need to remember that we are those beacons. Jesus told us that we are the light of the world. The world will find hope through us, through the spirit of God that lives within us.
Where do you fit in the story God is telling? Be a difference maker, be the light…
Thank you again for being involved in our mission of “Pouring out Gods love on vulnerable children”
We wish you a joy filled Christmas and a blessed New Year!
