LLM visitors

Students of several Universities in KENYA visited the Living Love Home. The students were representing Nairobi University, Egerton, Jomo Kenyatta and KU University. They had a very blessed time with our children, and encouraged them all to aim for higher learning institutions! This was our first official use of the new Pamoja Hall!

Welcome Linet

We are excited to let you know that ‘Linet’, our second dairy cow is in the house!! Thank you to all of you who make this ministry a reality!!

Passing of Pastor Mark Kraybill

It is with great sadness that we announce the Founder of Living Love Ministries, Mark Kraybill, went home to be with the Lord on June 11th. He was at home with his family and it was very peaceful.

The Services were held at Hopewell Christian Fellowship, in Elverson PA.

Mark will be deeply missed by the LLM family, and all of us will be forever grateful for the legacy left by Mark when he and Solomon launched a children’s home in Kenya, 7,500 miles from his home in Pennsylvania.

Losing this amazing man surely leaves a huge void in the lives of many and in our community as a whole. We are happy to know he is no longer suffering and elated to know that he is rejoicing in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! You will be sorely missed Pastor Mark!!

Pamoja Hall Update – The roof is now on and ready for the new solar panels to be installed by the Messiah Collaboratory Team! Praise the Lord the Kenyan construction team was able to complete the roof in time for the install, which is no small feat considering they are used to working on “Kenyan” time!

Messiah Team Preparing To Leave For Kenya

The Messiah College Solar PV Team is preparing for their team mission trip this summer. They will be working alongside their partner Living Love Ministries. The area struggles with consistent electricity, so the team will be spending three weeks installing the solar equipment. The team is looking forward to working with their partner, and being able to meet the kids and getting to know the ministry better!

County Government Officials Bring Gifts

A team from the County Government visited our children at the Home. They enjoyed spending time talking and having fun with them, they also donated bikes, school bags and suitcases. The good news is spreading about how God is changing lives through our Ministry! Please continue praying for the staff and children of LLM.

Spring LLM Mission Trip

We would like to welcome home our Spring Mission trip group that visited Kenya last week!! They had a wonderful week visiting with the children and getting to help with the work building Pamoja Hall.

We are sending another team at the end of May or early June, if you would like to join the team email mark@livingloveministries.org to find out more information.
During the summer trip we will be working with a team from Messiah College that will install a complete solar panel system on the roof of Pamoja Hall. We are currently raising funds to help pay for the panels that will be installed.

Thank you in advance for your continued support of these children who are thriving because of the efforts of the LLM staff and donors!

Local Missions Group Visits LLM

A local missions group led by Pastor Ngenye, drawn from local churches in Kenya visited the LLM campus. Accompanied by their families, the group enjoyed spending time with our children and gave them each gifts, as well as food donations for all. They enjoyed one on one time with our boys and girls, and encouraged them to put their trust in the Lord. Praise the Lord for this local manifestation of your love for the vulnerable children in Kenya!

Divine Protection During Auto Accident

Elijah, Lydia and five children were involved in a roll over automobile accident this past weekend. The van lost control after a tire blew on the left front side.

We are thanking God for divine protection as no one was seriously hurt! A “Good Samaritan” transported them to the local hospital, and the Doctor has given them all a clean bill of health.
